I just got service today, and I work from home, so a stable conntection is what I need. I am currently getting a ethernet adaptor to allow a harwired connecction, but until that comes in I’m stuck with upload speeds on 2.4 G and 5 G bands at 0.4 MBS. I’ve even tried on my cellular phone, and its the same. Can someone look into this please.
Also, I have tried trouble shooting myself, and did multiple speedtests throughout the day and got the same results.

Sorry about the slow reply. Like you mentioned the issue is possibly related to the Wi-Fi. I just ran a test from your modem and the upload speeds look a lot better:
How far from your modem were you at the time when you ran those tests? Could you please try again standing right next to your modem?
