im habing issue with download speed the last few days. When running apeed test from other places and also on viasat. My upload speed is doing good actually but the download is terrible and at times even slower then upload

Please send us a modem speed test, as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)
5 - Take a screenshot of the results
6 - Send us the results
