Slow speeds for last 2 days

For the last 2 days, the speeds on our computer and phones have been abysmal. I’ve run 3 tests today on the Viasat Speed Test site and these are the results:

Test 1: Ping 627.00 ms; Jitter 194.22 ms; Download 0.74 Mpbs; Upload 4.12 Mpbs
Test 2: Ping 633.00 ms; Jitter 63.22 ms; Download 1.65 Mpbs; Upload 3.83 Mpbs
Test 3: Ping 637 ms; Jitter 211.22 ms; Download 10.29 Mpbs; Upload 4.44 Mpbs

Test 3 is better but we usually get in the range of 18-25 Mpbs. We have your top package and these slow speeds are totally unacceptable. We are currently sitting at 51 GB of high-speed data. Please do whatever you can to maximize our speed.

We are very sorry for that experience. I’d like to make some questions in order to better search for what could be happening with your network:

  1. Are you getting bad speeds throughout the whole day or does it happen at specific periods of time?
  2. Could you share an advanced speed test, which shows your modem speeds as well? You can find detailed instructions on how to do so here: How to run a speed test from my modem?. After the test, you can upload a picture of your test in your reply here.
