Just checked my speed because my wife could send a photo with an E-mail and went to Viasat site and tested at 42 MB Download and 0.5 for Upload.
I have the 2nd highest and 2nd most expensive just so I would not have to deal with SLOW Speed Internet speed. The has been happening pretty much since we signed up for Viasat Internet after 3 weeks of waiting for a Tech to come out. This needs to be remedy now or I’m done.

Since you are on a plan that offers speeds up to 30 Mbps the 42 Mbps download speed that you reported is considered very good. However, the 0.5 upload speed is concerning. I see that on the night of Sep 5 there was a drop in your antenna’s signal quality, likely due to weather issues, but it looks like it has returned to the normal values.
I just ran a test from your modem and am seeing good speeds:
When you get a chance, could you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com/ and share the results with us? This will help us identify/rule-out Wi-Fi issues. Here are some additional instructions to run this test - How to run a speed test from my modem?
