Slower download speed

Having slower than normal speeds. Have rebooted the modem multiple times.

When you get a chance can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

Unfortunately it looks like your service area is more congested than the average. Congestion is particularly bad in the evening hours.

However, I also noticed in your results that there is a slight discrepancy between the speeds on your modem and your device. Were you far from your Viasat modem when you ran this test?

To fully validate/rule-out Wi-Fi issues, it sometimes help to run a full test in the morning, when there is no congestion, so that we can get a better reading.
