Downloaded the browser, and it shows it should have normalish speed but i think my modem is the problem. Ive rebooted and disconnected a couple times to try and see if it will fix itself but to no avail. Direct ethernet cable gives same speeds. Do i need a new modem?

I just saw your results, and they really are very strange.
I’m investigating your account and setup right now, and I’ll let you know as soon as I have any definitive information regarding this problem.
In the meantime, can you tell if your satellite dish and antenna are in the same position as before?
After the bad weather recently, a few customers have had their dish and/or antenna knocked out of place, which degrades signal quality and causes slow speeds.

We’ve identified a possible solution for your slow speeds. I’ve just made a change in your network configuration, and this will be in full effect 1 hour from now.
Please run another few tests after that, so we can confirm if this has increased your speeds. 
Whatever you reconfigured, its much better now. Last test exceeded what i even expected. Thank you for being so prompt. Glad i downloaded this browser now. Excellent work!

Could you run another few tests, during different hours of the day?
I’m checking whether your network changes are still in full effect or if something has overlapped them, but it looks like they’re stable.
If possible, can you also run a few tests using an Ethernet cable, so we can check for any Wi-Fi issues, too?

Better speeds tonight and for the first time the modem speed test actually worked.

I see that most of your tests in May are better than April:
There’s still a bit of fluctuation – it seems to stay between 15–40 Mbps, with an occasional really slow result.
How has your connection been recently?
