Still slow speeds after reboots-East Coast

It definitely seemed to be better this morning, but still only able to get about 3-4 mbps. I was able to download an update I needed that I couldn’t do yesterday. I still hope it gets back to the 8-10 we normally have.

If you say 5mbps is “great”, than it is what it is. We are used to around 10 (until a few days ago) and we pay for 25. It is better.

The picture I shared previously were the speeds on your modem, and they appear to be quite good: 38.65 Mbps download and 5.05 Mbps upload. Your plan promises download speeds of up to 25 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 3 Mbps, so these results are above expectations!

However, I understand that the speeds you’re experiencing may still seem lower than expected. When you get a chance can you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
