If you are still experiencing issues with your connection, please run an Advanced Speedcheck instead of just a Device test, so we can cross-check your device vs modem speeds at the same time, verifying Wi-Fi issues and other problems. :slight_smile:

It’s hit and miss performance. Sometimes it’s reasonable 25m, sometimes it’s 3. I have tried 5g wifi vs wired direct into the modem. Ultimately, the service just isnt that reliable. It’s fine for general office use but I can’t really trust it for any sort of critical usage. I’ll run a few full diagnostic a day for next few weeks.
