I just signed up for unlimited and my speeds have been very slow. Just checked and I’m getting 0.8 down and 0.3 up. Worse than my cell phone. Over the past two weeks my highest download speed was 9.81 and my lowest 0.8. My highest upload 3.37 and lowest 0.3.
Contract says 40 down and 5 up. What can I do to improve???

Sorry for the delay in responding. When you have a chance run a complete speed diagnosis as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to finish)
I’m seeing better speeds from your modem now, so that test will help me understand the issue.
