My laptop will not run your speed tester. I have turned off every ad blocker I am aware of and it still says it will not run. I do not have time to fix your problems. You need to address this. Using Google Speed Test I only have between 1.7 and 2 mbs of download speed and .9 upload speed. I am a long term customer who has paid on time every month. I will switch to another company next month if this doesn’t get some attention. I have 16 g of data left on my plan. There isn’t any bad weather in my area. This has been an issue for a week.

Please try running a modem speed test on the Viasat browser. I believe you won’t have that same issue in our browser. The modem speed test will be very useful to see if you have anything wrong with your router.
Here are the instructions:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to finish)
5 - Download the results (or take a screenshot)
6 - Send us the results
