Slow speeds 12.9 is a no for me

12.9 and 5.8 are horrible speeds for 150 bucks a month. Y’all can do better if you want too.

I see that this is your first time posting on the Forum, thanks for reaching out to us.

We’re having a look at your account right now to understand this issue, but in the meantime, could you please run for us a few advanced speedchecks whenever possible? This test will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

Please keep in mind that the modem speed test is not compatible with iPhones, so if possible please run the advanced speedchecks from an Android device or a computer.
