I confirmed that your plan is already active, your official first billing cycle starts on Sunday but your service is already up and running.

In order to rule-out Wi-Fi issues, could you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com/ and share the results with us? Here are some additional instructions to run this test: How to run a speed test from my modem?

Like I mentioned in my previous reply, you could be experiencing Wi-Fi issues. So, in order to rule-out Wi-Fi issues, could you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com/ and share the results with us?
