Just got installed 2 days ago. I online game and ping has been no less than 650, horrible. What can I do to fix this cause I pay premium pricing to have a good speed.

Regarding the latency, unfortunately there is not much we can do – 600ms is the expected latency of the satellite connection.
Do you have any device besides the iPhone in which you could run the advanced speedcheck? I see from the error messages on your screenshot that we couldn’t capture any metrics from your modem at that time (or its speeds).
When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?
This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
