I just signed up about 2 weeks ago with Unleashed. I travel and my fiance and kids have dealt with speeds of 4. Yes I said. 4. That’s all we get for 160 a month. Please fix this

At this moment I was not able to reproduce the bad speeds. I’m seeing good speeds on your modem.
Could you run a speed test from your modem on this page please: Viasat Speed Check | Home
If you log in with your Viasat account the app will compare modem and device speeds. We’d like to see those results.
Please use the Viasat browser during the test so we can check the test data.

When you ran the test did you see the speeds from the modem too? I think this could be an issue with the Wi-Fi.
From the screenshot, it seems you did not use the Viasat browser, but if you did and the modem speeds did not appear, let me know.
Can you test the speeds using an Ethernet cable? or if you have an external router, could you try that?
The speeds can drop significantly depending on how far you’re from the modem. Another suggestion is trying to use 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz
Tried so many different ways. I don’t have a CPU at home to try. Just cell phones. I have 2 different iPhones .

When you ran these tests, were you close to the modem?
If not, could you try moving closer to it and running the test again to see if there’s any difference?
