Slow download speed

Downloads speeds are very slow again. Seems to happen in evening (BTW, about the only time we use Viasat.) Starting to wonder if it’s worth it.

I’m considering some solutions, but I’ll need to escalate the case to another team.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I believe that by Monday or Tuesday we’ll have some feedback.

In the meantime, could you run some more speed tests as you did before? If possible during different times of the day.

Then, on Monday you can send us the CSV file containing the test history (you can download it from the speed test website). It’s not necessary to send us screenshots, just the CSV file.

I still haven’t heard from anyone. Download still erratic. CSV attached, though some tests were before August. Also getting an error message when trying to do modem test. See screen shot
