Paying for nothing

My speeds r very slow almost little to none 1.1 upload with about the same download going on for almost 3 days now really gets old dealing with some kinda issue every month with this crowd I was also told some kinda outage with no restoration time

Upon running a speed test from your modem I see good results:

Could you run a few speed tests so I can get a better understanding of the speeds you are experiencing?

You can follow this tutorial: How to run a speed test from my modem?.

Please make sure to:

1 - Use our website Viasat SpeedCheck.
2 - Run the test using the Viasat Browser
3 - Be logged in with your MyViasat account.

Please let me know when you run these tests, you can share them with me here on this post.

I can’t see all the metrics from your speed tests. From your screenshot, it seems like you didn’t use the Viasat browser.

Can you try again using the Viasat browser?

You can click on “Download Now” (red rectangle) or you can go to https://browser.viasat.com/.

After that, you should also log in with your MyViasat account. You can click on the top left menu (pink rectangle), select “Login” and then “Customer Login”.

Following these steps, you should be able to run a full diagnosis on your network connection,
you can share the result here with me once you’ve done it.
