I've never had anything this bad

I just checked my internet speeds at speedcheck.viasat.com and my upload speed are 0.4 mbps I think I had better luck with dialup. It’s been over a week with these slow speeds. Worst internet ever.

I find that convenient I just ran 3 more tests. Same problem.

You can go to your history page, take a screenshot of each one of the
tests you ran and then you can post them here for me to take a look
and to try to find a reason for the speeds you’re experiencing.

Thanks for sending the results. However to have more information about the issue you need to be logged in to the speed check app.

Please follow these steps:
1 - Open the Viasat browser
2 - Go to Viasat Speed Check
3 - Log in with your My Viasat account
4- Run the test and take a screenshot of the entire result

We need to check the condition of your modem/router, that’s why we are asking for that specific test.

Could you try running the test again using Wi-Fi?

By the photo you sent, it looked like you were not logged in

When you are logged in to the app, there is an avatar image instead of “LOG IN”


Looked signed it… And just so you know I’ve owned my Satellite for at least 6 years… So it’s kinda old. And yes it’s the same on my phone
