Just had installed yesterday, worked great day 1. Today speeds are absolute not uploading either. Soeeds are under 1mbps

From what I can see, your internet has been affected by a weather outage this morning, which might have caused the speeds you’ve seen. Is your service still slow right now?
When you get a chance can you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
