My upload and download speeds are horrendous. Less than 3mps even though I haven’t used even 1/2 of my high y data this month. Has continually been getting worse.

When you have a chance, please a modem speed test, as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)
By following those steps, I’ll be able to see the results and check if you have issues with your Wi-Fi. We’ll need that information to better investigate the issue.

Look at the history, it appears if it uses the College Station server as the optimal the readings are significantly better than the Huntsville site.

When you ran the test were you using Viasat Browser and logged in with your My Viasat account?
I forgot to mention that the advanced diagnostics speed test does not work for iOS devices, so if you run the test on an iPhone we’ll not be able to compare Wi-Fi and device speeds or see the history of tests.
At this moment the speeds look good on your modem
Are you still seeing bad upload speeds now?
