Low internet speed

My problem is still not resolved, I need more help

I see that the last test didn’t take the modem speed as well:

Please do wait a few moments before completely exiting Speedcheck, this way we can see both speeds and it gets saved on your result history for future reference. :slight_smile:

Here is the complete picture. It’s telling me to get closer to the modem, I am only 6 feet away, surely it can reach further than 6 feet?

My TV is only 2 feet away and it continously buffers, the image quality is poor

After I log in to the modem how do I disable the router feature?

The SB2+ modem is commonly recommended for use with an external Router, as its Wi-Fi signal can be suboptimal at times. Do you have the Orby router connected right now, or are you testing only from the Viasat Modem?

In the second menu, the “Router Settings” page should show up for you.
