I have the unleashed plan but since friday the speeds have been dismal. A few times ive seen speeds in the 60mbps but mostly they appear to be below 10. Right now the viasat browser is saying 4 down and 9 up. This is far slower then hughes even after data has been used up.

Some questions to help us get started:
1- Do you use only the Viasat modem, or an extra Router?
2- Are your devices all connected via Wi-Fi?
3- Are your devices in the same room/floor as the modem/Router, or far away?
4- Do you experience slow speeds throughout the whole day, or at a specific hour?
I ran a few tests on your modem, and the speeds seem better, so it’s possible we’re dealing with a Wi-Fi issue:
When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com , with the Viasat Browser? This advanced test will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
When you run the tests from the Viasat browser, we can see “Speed from your device” and most importantly “Speed from your modem”, which is greatly useful to identify discrepancies in the speeds, such as in this example below:
