Please send me another modem- router. Mine is working @ 120 ° Its no wonder i cant get signal.Please replace this fire hazard asap so i can get along with life

could you kindly share with us a screenshot of the temperature you are seeing on your modem? That way we can escalate to the appropriate team if the temperature is above the acceptable range.
