I have a service call for Tuesday but trying to see if there’s anything i can do before then, modem has been reset multiple times, it has been out for 4 days and i have to have internet, any ideas what i can do? It was working fine and then just quit , ive checked the cables everywhere and no breaks or issues and the dish is fine

I took a look at your account and at a first glance your issue doesn’t appear to be related to an antenna mispoint or a cabling issues, it appears that you have a faulty modem or tria.
I will add a note to your service call notes asking the technician to please make sure to replace both pieces of hardware.

Okay, also sparks came out of my aria this morning when i unplugged everything because the modem was extremely hot
Interesting, I escalated description of your issue to our modem team in case they have any recommendations beyond swapping the modem for a new one.
My service call is for tomorrow right? Im gonna lose my job if my internet is not fixed asap
