Currently your modem is receiving really good speeds!
I noticed that the Speed Check test that you performed yesterday is also presenting acceptable speeds for your plan.
When you get a chance can you please run another test, but this time a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
