Cable needs replaced

The cable running through the wall and directly to the satellite some how got damaged (I think my fiancé accidentally cut it with a shovel). How do I get a technician to come out and replace the cable? I’m not knowledgeable enough to be able to install a new cable on my own so I would need a technician to come out and repair it.
