Failure to provide service call

I’ve had this service for two weeks and for the last three days I have been struggling to get a technician out to see what the problem is. I have tried logging into the router as admin to see if its possibly the router. I have downloaded several satellite positioning applications to see if the dish was out of alignment. I have contacted support three times and today a technician was scheduled to arrive but never showed. It was scheduled 3 days ago. I call support today and May 7th is the earliest they can get out here. I am done with the battle. I have no television, no one to come look and see if it can be fixed. What should I do?

I was able to find an account under the email [redacted], and I see that you already requested to disconnect on May 6th. The disconnect will come through on May 24th.
