Called to cancel my account was told it would be canceled. Next month get a bill for a service i was no longer using i took the thing off the roof and everything called again to find out it WASN’T Canceled, i was lied to and they were trying to charge me for a month of service I NEVER USED i didnt even think i had it being that i CANCELED. Now they sent me to Collections this company is a JOKE.
