Account suspended

My account has been suspended but about 4 days ago I called viasat to explain my situation and I was told that if I had 30 dollars left on my bill it would not be suspended. The agent confirmed that my payment posted and assured me that my account would not be suspended. However, I woke up this morning to no Internet because I had not paid.
I tried calling viasat but because my account is suspended, I cannot talk to an actual person. Can someone please offer me some insight? I’m in a bind!

The rule is actually that the past due balance needs to be less than $30 to avoid suspension.

However, I see that you managed to call Customer Care and they solved the suspension for you! :slight_smile:
