We have called three times now for them to tell us “there is an outage” however the radio station in the same building is getting internet. The internet must not be out because we are still loading this page that says our “account is suspended” and we can click on the my viasat link from that page. We paid last week, the payment went through Friday, the 25th, then we started getting this message Monday, the 28th.
