I have had voice for about two months. It worked fine until a few days ago. Now I just get a fast busy signal regardless of what I do. Never get a dial tone. I rebooted a couple of times, but nothing changed. Please help.

We are very sorry for the situation with your voice communication. I’ve talked to the Voice personnel and they identified a possible hardware issue, which could be the modem or the cable. Do you have another RJ11 cable you can use to connect the phone to the modem and test it?
