Just wondering for customers on the viasat1 satellite is there a process to check if we can upgrade to Viasat 2 since I am not sure if there have been any changes in offering 100Mbps service but I have gotten emails about higher data caps and typically the 100Mbps plans or higher speed plans do offer the faster speeds

There might be better plan options for you, but to confirm that you’ll need to call the customer care line at 855-463-9333 or check in the My Viasat app.
