The service sucks, worse internet i have ever had, never get service but they rip you off with their outrageous prices, and if u call to talk to someone u never get a person that speaks English and all they ever tell u when u call is reboot ur modem which i do 5,000 times a day and still DOESN’T help, they should be ashamed for even being in busness, would NEVER recommend this company to anyone

On this forum we can help with any technical issues you may have. We can’t promise that we will fix your issue but we will definitely go beyond telling you to reboot. Do you want to give us some detail on the problems you are having?
