I have have had this plan less than a month, its awful. My internet goes out everyday for 20 to 40 mins. I have called many times, but because my internet is currently working when I call they always say they cant help me. The app says the satellite is misplaced, but I cant get a technician to come without it costing nearly $100, we have had no bad weather its ridiculous.
