Outage issue maybe

Anyone experiencing outage issues?
The app says are outage one second then another second it’s says it’s a home/satellite issue

Thanks for posting. Our tools indicate that there was a partial outage in your service area, it seems like it was just resolved. Please give it a few more minutes until the network stabilizes again.

I see that your modem was offline for almost an hour yesterday morning. I believe the reason was weather related. Please let us know if you experience an offline event like this one again. We’ll try to take deeper look at this issue.
