Hello, I initially called technical support July 2nd with slow internet trouble- a technician was schedule for July 16. The technician never called/never showed. I called a week later and received a new date of July 27. The tech did not call again. Now my service is fully out and a technician is supposed to come august 15. This is completely unacceptable—I’m certain the tech will do another no show. Is there anything you can do about this? Thank you.
