I still see the warning for the mispoint, and also that you had previously scheduled a service call due to issues with your account. This tech visit is pending cancel as the Field Ops team can’t reach you, and have been to the residential address twice but no one was present.

Are you able to reschedule a service call with Customer Care? Would you like us to inform the team of what time you’re available at this address?

As I mentioned, I still see the warning for the mispoint, and also Customer Care agents had previously scheduled a service call due to issues with your account.

Please be advised that a long-term mispoint like this is usually the cause of slow speeds, bad signal quality, and other issues – so we strongly recommend getting in touch with Customer Care to reschedule a visit.
