Please, when you have a chance run a complete speed diagnosis as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to finish)
I’m seeing good speeds from your modem now, so that test will help me understand the issue.

Sorry for the slow reply! I did not find any apparent issue, so far. The only thing I’d say is that you might experience slower speeds in the evening eventually.
I just tested your modem and the speeds now are looking good. Please let us know if the issue still persists.
