After I upgraded my service to unlimited data and faster speed my internet service is continuously slowing to an absolute crawl, this is without inclement weather conditions, I’m always having to reset and or restart the modem . It’s becoming not worth what I’m paying for.

Our test is showing good speeds for now:
However, they might be reduced during the evenings due to congestion from the peak busy periods.
I’ve also noticed a few offline events that could be caused by cabling and might be contributing to the poor experience, could you kindly try to check if the cables are well connected? Here’s a PDF that might help with the verification:
