I work from home and have noticed since my upgrade i have a huge lag time in my service. Please see that i am no place close to the usage of my data and the spikes are super high. We have no weather issues either.
Are you speaking of the Ping and Jitter? Cause that is inline with Satellite based internet…

Oh, my mistake, I see that you recently switched to “Choice 50 Mbps”.
That still leaves the speed result on the green side – right on the max of your plan
