Had slow speeds basically all day all the way down to 2 GB

You know when I changed from my 100 GB service over to this unlimited first month was really good actually bragged about it second month started having hearing there speed slowing down and now the third month they have me rated as One of those using more data in the area than other people and now the service is so crappy that you can’t even hardly do anything the speed has been so slow all day and what’s funny is my bill goes from the 4th to the fourth of every month when I had the 100GB plan my data would renew on the 4th of each month and now when you go in check about how much data you’re using on this unlimited it goes all the way back into the middle of last month pretty much and they’re trying to say that I’ve used 368 GB so far but yet if I go and look at what I’ve used since August the 4th it don’t come to but around between 155 to 160 GB and even if I add up everyday that it shows from July to 30th till today I still don’t get except around 230 GB so if the speed don’t get back up the way it was and how they promise then as of tomorrow I’ll be canceling my service with this company.

Just did another speed test and it comes with with 6.80 gigabyte on the speed now I’m doing the test on the phone I’m using the browser that they want you to use I’m logged in to my account and then it says that there’s a Wi-Fi issue and then I need to get closer to my modem and do another test I mean I’m like 3 ft from my modem right now how much closer do I need to be put the phone in the modem it wouldn’t matter and make a difference because my computer is hardwired and the services basically the same on it

From what I can see, your issue comes from Wi-Fi signal degradation and data usage combined.

Your current data usage is trending to the top 20% of usage. This means you are using more data than 80% of customers in your area. At this data usage level, you may expect to experience slowing speeds during times of network congestion. This means you might want to reduce your usage in order to improve your peak period’s performance.

As I mentioned, another factor that might be worsening your experience is a bad Wi-Fi signal, as seen on many of the following tests:

These are both very good Routers and help amplify the Wi-Fi range and quality throughout an average-sized house.

Hi ThunderTop I’m just another customer here. I was noticing your history results posted by Leo. Would you be willing to reveal which part of the country you have service with. Just trying to develop my own theories on problems many of us seem to have.

So explain to me how much data are you allowed to use each day in order not to be considered in the majority of using too much data because from what I look at that it shows using 4.20 on the Aug 4 then this is the list everyday after all the way to the 14th 6.60, 7.00, 9.60,3.00,8.70,3.60,5.30, then on Aug 12 I used 89.20 on a game download then on the 13 12.80, then 14 8.10 so this dumbass f****** company wants to tell people that they have 850 GB to use in a 30-day period and as long as you don’t go over that your speeds won’t be messed with for dropped so I’d like to see where I’ve went over the 850 GB I think that everybody should get together and file a class action lawsuit against this company for lying to customers because from what I see there’s this one complaint after another for people speeds being cut down being slowed I had better service and speed on my hundred GB package then I do on this crap I’ve been with this company well over 5 years and have only called in I think twice for something going wrong with the service and one of them they come out and replaced and put a new router and everything cuz it needed to be updated but other than that the service has been really good and then when I first switch over to this the first month the service was really good speeds was up sometimes to the highest I seen was 98 megabytes per second and then it mainly sometimes was running 60 something megabytes per second and now sometimes I see it always low is 2 megabytes per second and it’s not just the Wi-Fi part for this test it was done on my phone it’s also the hardwire that’s running to the computer either I’m going to call and have my service change back to what I had or I’m going to cancel the service all together and go with someone else because the 100 MB service I never had a problem playing games and last night the service was so bad that they were so much lag couldn’t do anything and then today the routers already turning itself to a white pulp in basically resetting itself I guess in the speed is going up and down didn’t have this trouble before and show the Heck not going to keep tolerating it now when I pay $130 a month pretty much for a service that’s went to the sewers

Regarding your Wi-Fi signal issue: it is strongly recommended to acquire an external Router as my colleague said above, as your SB2+ Modem has a less powerful Wi-Fi signal than a dedicated Router.
