Less than 4 mbps most of the day. Reset modem but no improvement.

When you get a chance can you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

When you have a chance, could you run a modem speed test as mentioned by Nacho?
Here are the steps:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)
By following those steps, we’ll be able to see the results and compare the modem speeds with the device’s (and see if there are any Wi-Fi issues).
