I know this doesn’t represent your experience, therefore I’d like your help to show us what you are experiencing exactly.
For that, you can follow this tutorial: How to run a speed test from my modem?. It will guide you through the process of running speed tests from your modem, please make sure to use the Viasat Browser and to be logged in to your account.
Run a few tests, preferably during different times of the day, and if possible with Wi-Fi and cable connections for us to see if there is any big difference.
Please let me know once you have run a few of those tests.
