Speed issues and issues with my modem

The ran the speed test from ViaSat browser and I got speed around 14 . I could not run a test on my modem because it don’t detect ViaSat modem.

Sorry about the slow reply. I just ran a test from your modem and these are the speeds I’m seeing:

I see that your modem has a software version that has a bug that unfortunately is not preventing customers from running the test from their modem on https://speedcheck.viasat.com/, but a fix is already being rolled out for that and should reach your modem in the next few days.

If you are using the Wi-Fi, an alternative to check for Wi-Fi issues is to run a test standing right next to your modem. Could you please try that?

Please note that the evening hours tend to be the times of greatest network congestion, so the best time to rule-out or verify Wi-Fi issues is in the morning, when the speeds are the best and there’s little fluctuation.
