Takes an hour to get and open emails down load speeds seem to be getting slower and slower this is not what I signed up for speeds are the reason I left DSL internet provider your speeds are no better maybe even worse.

To get a better overview on why you’re experiencing slow speeds, can you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
