well my friends…things are still a little shaky … i didn’t notice anything during the day with ordinary browsing (i don’t watch movies) but in the evening things get dicey

I ran a few tests on your modem, and the speeds seem to be better at this hour:

I noticed you’ve mentioned that the speeds get worse when it’s night, but you haven’t noticed a change during the rest of the day.

Could you please run a few speedchecks during the morning and afternoon, to verify whether the bad speeds only show up during the evening?

good numbers in the morning

i don’t watch much video by choice … recheck speed this evening … its quite a bit below nominal but i don’t notice much problem until it gets down to 3 or 4

Some degree of variation is normal for speeds on satellite internet since it is a type of internet that is more sensitive to external factors such as congestion in the network or weather.

If the service worsens once more don’t hesitate to let us know here and we’ll keep investigating.
