Moden password appears to have been changed and I forgot to write it down, now I am installing a new computer and need the modem password, don’t know and can’t find it. please help
If you press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds the modem (either type), will reset to the factory defaults.
At that point you should be able to use the following to log back in to the modem:
