I got upgraded to a Gateway modem today and the password for the modem does not work. I use admin for the username and the password on the sticker. When I click on logon a bunch of numbers and letters get added to the password and I get a message incorrect password. I have tried some things from the forum but did not help. I will appreciate the help.

For public knowledge, the issue with the password was solved by the customer resetting the Gateway modem.
