Viasat Gateway Login issue

I’ve been trying to access my gateway and change the wifi password and names but it keeps saying wrong password or user name but I’ve been using the correct user name and password…I get nothing

Hi @rbw,

Did you try using the username admin and the password in the router’s label?

Yes tried both lower case font and caps
