Hate to pile on guys. But seems to be serious problems on your end.
Had reduction of FL SNR. Powered off and reseated coax from dish seemed to solve that problem. However speeds are still unacceptable. Several reports from couple of days.
REeaalize you have limited help on weekends but would appreciate help as time alots.**strong text

Thanks for your message. From what I can see in your tests, your device speeds are consistently slower than your modem speeds, which probably indicates a Wi-Fi issue. Would it be possible for you to run new tests with the device wired to the modem via an ethernet cable?
Besides the possibility of the Wi-Fi issue, there is currently an issue with your service area, which might affect your speeds.
