I have been waiting TWO MONTHS for a fix to my problem of not being able to long in!! When I wasn’t sure when I would move in to my new place I opened an account but never got it installed. I created my account and then had it deleted. When I finally called for installation, you gave me a new account number. I tried to log into my new account but had the same email address. It would NOT LET ME LOG IN USING THE SAME EMAIL! I had you delete my first login account so I could make a second login with my new account. The system STILL won’t log me in. I have been waiting for about a month for y’all to fix this but I don’t hear from you!! CAN ANYONE HELP ME???
